It is a beautiful 80m2 Amsterdam Vacation apartment, totally furnished, located on the ground floor with direct access into a garden. The apartment has two bedroom with large double beds. The second bedroom is located at the back of the garden. The apartment was recently completly renovated by an interior designer to modern confort and facilities. About Amsterdam Museum Quarter
This tranquile Amsterdam Vacation apartment is located nearby the Museumsquare, with the Rijksmuseum, the PCHooftstreet (luxurious shoppingstreet ) within 5minutes walk. It is also close to the citycentre: 10minutes to the innercity by foot, 5 minutes using the most popular transportation method: the bike! The area is called the Pijp, a quartier latin of amsterdam where are lots of trendy bars, restaurants and boutiqueshops (2minutes) the most popular neigbourhood of amsterdam at the moment! It is none the less located in a very quit area, with only local traffic. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
