This apartment in Amsterdam is located close to the famous Leidse Plein and offers a spacious living room, dining and sleeping areas with central heating and WiFi internet access. There is also a roof terrace that you can enjoy the weather. It measures 90 square meters. The main entrance is on the second floor and the apartment is divided over two floors. On the 1st floor, you will find the living room decorated with a cool painting on the wall and furnished with a big sofa, coffee table, a television and lamps. The adjacent dining room has a large matchng wooden table and chairs to comfortably seat 5 guests and is connected to the well equipped kitchen. Ammenities includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove with gas burners, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a door to the balcony from the kitchen. The bedroom on this floor has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps. It comes with it's own with shower with glass windows and toilet. Up the steep steps to the third floor is the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom which includes bathtub and shower with it's own toilet and washbasin. The fifth guest can sleep comfortably on a single bed which can be placed in one of the bedrooms.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
