This apartment in Amsterdam is located right in the center of the city, five minutes from Central Station and close to pretty much anything that will vibe off what Amsterdam really has to offer. This amazing Amsterdam apartment decorated with a touch of elegance, overlooks the historic canal and is ideal for couples and groups of friends wanting to experience and enjoy the magnificent city that is Amsterdam. This beautiful apartment has a spacious living area connected to the living room that overlooks the canal as previously mentioned. Two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.

 The apartment was bright and airy with a large size living space, location is excellent and a large supermarket is a 5 min walk away. The kitchen is fully equiped so we filled the fridge and ate at the apartment to save money. The only thing the kitchen didn't have was a freezer but this wasn't a major problem. There is a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets so no need to be washing up on your holiday either! The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but the water stayed hot with 4 of us showering one after the other. There are 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and one of the bedrooms has a small terrace leading off from it. The sofa in the living space is a sofa bed and there are a few english channels available on the tv which is good if you get up before everyone else! The location was perfect for us, a short walk to the station, dam square, shopping, coffeeshops and there is a small corner shop just a few hundred metres away. We will definitely be checking if this apartment is available when we return to Dam later in the year :) Sam (11-05-2012) Excellent location, modern decoration, luxurious and chic.The only comment would be that the cleaning at the beginning was not 100% good and that it lacks some kitchenware (glasses) and a microwave (07-05-2012) |

ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
