Amsterdam rental description
The apartment in Amsterdam is situated in a typical historic canalhouse which has recently been completely renovated. This Amsterdam accommodation covers two floors of approximately 50 square meters. It is completely private. When you access the apartment, you reach the upstairs where the kitchen and living room is located. In the living room has natural wood designs as well as the combination and the blending of the black colors. There are lamps that you can dim down and a big screen TV. There's also an Ipod docking station. Downstairs you will find the bedroom with a kingsize-bed that measures 1.80 x 2.00 cm and a luxury bathroom with seperate toilet. Both, bathroom and separate toilet can be found downstairs. Please note that the floors are connected and divided by two floors. It is open which means that we do not recommend this apartment for those want complete privacy.

ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
