Zuideinde House is a family type of house in a quite area of Amsterdam in the north of the city. After the busy day in the city center of Amsterdam, coming back home you can enjoy the rest atmosphere of the nice surroundings. The house has 4 private bedrooms. In the spacious living room, with a glass of wine our guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings. In the house you can use Wi-Fi Internet and digital TV. Another advantage of the house is the fully equipped kitchen. You have the possibility to prepare different kind of dishes and sit together in the dining area. In this spacious house we can have up to 8 people, a group of friends or families are always welcome.

ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
