This two bedroom Amsterdam apartment rental located on the second floor has a spacious living/dining room with large windows. There is also a round dining table with seats for 5 people and the central heating can be switched on during the winter seasons. A flat screen TV, DVDplayer, extra channel pack and secure wireless internet are available. On this floor you also find a separate lavatory with wash basin. The fully-equipped kitchen includes various modern equipment making your stay so much more comfortable.

A wooden staircase leads to the second floor where you find two bedrooms in an serene atmosphere. Two double beds and a wardrobe with shelves are provided in each room. In one bedroom you find a wash machine and dryer. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a large washbasin, a second toilet and central heating. A small roof terrace is connected to one bedroom.

This Amsterdam apartment rental is situated in the heart of the city centre, within walking distance to the ‘Rembrandtplein, the Leidseplein and Utrechtsestraat area, with its quirky shops, trendy restaurants and galleries. The Stephan Apartment is close to all major museums and theatres. In the neighborhood you will also find area “the Pijp’ and the Heineken Brewery.

At the end of the straat you find the famous canal with the seven bridges.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
