This accommodation is a 1 bedroom apartment (164 square feet) with a queensize bed and a wardrobe. It offers a very nice living room with a dinnertable and a sofa/pull out couch and cable tv and acces to internet. It has a modern open kitchen witch is fully fitted. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower and a bath tub and electrical outlet. Storage with amenities and always clean towels and sheets.

 This was a nice quiet, non smoking, apartment in a convenient location near the museums and Leidseplein with adequate facilities for self catering. It was clean and tidy though would benefit from some very minor cosmetic property maintenance to decoration and fixtures and fittings. The owner service was good. All in all, it was perfect for our unfussy needs and I would stay there again as it was good value for money. (20-02-2012) We missed a good knife in the kitchen, otherwise everything perfect. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
