This striking and colourful, three-bedroom Amsterdam apartment is located on a canal and is walking distance to the Museum Quarter, home to some of the cities’ most famous museums: The Rijks Museum, The Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art and The Van Gogh Museum. The apartment is a great choice for a group of friends or families looking to stay in a spacious and comfortable apartment while on holiday. This wonderfully-furnished holiday accommodation Spiegel apartment in Centre Dam has 3 levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment mixes contemporary design with traditional Amsterdam living and has exposed ceiling beams, large windows for maximum light, hardwood floors and neutral tones blended with black and red. On the first level, there is a beautiful and large open-plan living/dining/kitchen room. The living/dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a dining table with seating for 6 people. The modern and fun kitchen area is fully-equipped with a view of one of the canals. On the second level, there is a master bedroom with a double bed that connects to an open mezzanine upstairs (third level) with an additional double bed. (Please note it is connected by climbing a ladder). The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a tub. Please note that petsare not allowed.
About Amsterdam Centre Dam
This three-bedroom Amsterdam apartment is located only a few minutes on foot from the Museum Quarter. The Square is also home to the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam's famed concert hall. The current partial closure of the Rijks is possibly a blessing in disguise with the Museum at present housing 400 of its most famous works in what its website describes as the “Creme de la Crème”. More than 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 14 days prior warning, 100% of of the deposit amount is non refundable.
Within 14 days: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
Within 24 hours: Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice "no-show": 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking if:1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the pre-payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or drivers license upon arrival.3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws.In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client.If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
