Amsterdam rental description
Sophia's studio apartment is the place to be. It has it's own entrance. It's perfect because you won't bother other residents. There are 2 single beds. The bathroom has been outfitted luxuriously with a toilet and shower. There is wifi in the apartment so that you can post all the recent pics to face book and stay in contact with your family and all the current news. A TV is provided to entertain you. A microwave to make pop corn while you watch the TV. A little fridge is in the apartment to keep your drinks cool. The one thing that every apartment should have, a coffee maker as well as a water boiler for heating is also in the studio.

Sophia's is a totally renewed and rebuilt holiday studio apartment in the neighborhood of Sophialaan in Amsterdam. You will be near to the Vondelpark. Close to all the museums, Vondelpark, Heineken Brewery, Albert Cuyp Market. Endless eating, drinking, and nightlife opportunities. Upscale boutique shopping nearby. several of Amsterdam’s better coffeeshops are in this area.

ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
