A distinctive 300 year-old Amsterdam vacation apartment in the center of the old town, in one of the most charming neighbourhoods of Amsterdam. Private entrance. Large living room with twin bed. Baby cradle available. Dining table. Seperate bathroom with bath and shower. Seperate well equipped kitchen. The apartment is most suitable for 2 persons. An extra third bed can be added. Please keep in mind that this bed is not as comfortable as the twin beds.

 The apartment was wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. There were lots of lovely touches, such as bath robes, chockies and wine !!! ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
