This Amsterdam holiday apartment is in a lovely part of the Canal Belt just off Utrechtsestraat and comes with a separate bedroom, Located on the 1st floor, this short term rental apartment is on the first floor with a staircase up to the front door. This holiday apartment makes excellent use of the space available. The kitchen comes fully equipped with hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living area is small but very cosy and includes a sleeping sofa, four person dining table and flat screen TV. The en-suite bedroom with double bed is situated to the rear of the apartment. The apartment also has its own laundry facility.

This Amsterdam holiday apartment is in the Utrechtsestraat area which is well known in Amsterdam, famous for its boutique shopping, traditional cafés and excellent restaurants. Herman den Blijker, the so-called Dutch Gordon Ramsey, has recently opened a new restaurant nearby. Called ‘Herrie’, it serves great food and is a good spot for some local celebrity spotting. The downstairs bar with its extensive cocktail list is also proving popular. The Amstel River is across the street from the apartment and is the main gateway to the city by water. ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 14 days prior warning, 100% of of the deposit amount is non refundable.
Within 14 days: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
Within 24 hours: Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice "no-show": 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking if:1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the pre-payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or drivers license upon arrival.3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws.In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client.If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
