This Amsterdam apartment is a beautiful and elegant two bedroom apartment suitable for up to 6 guests. It is located a matter of two tram stops from the famous entertainment area Rembrandtplein! On the first floor of the apartment you will find the dining area with seating space for five and a beautiful stone sculpture with the carvings “T’IS NIET ANDERS” and “1698”. The elegant decoration is consistence throughout the whole room where there is a lovely wooden shelve. The kitchen can also be found on the first floor with everything you need for a well assisted meal. On the second floor of the apartment there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, side tables, lamps and a vintage wooden wardrobe that adds to the elegant décor of the apartment. The Bathroom is also on the second floor of the apartment. It has a bathtub, a sink, a shower and a toilet.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
