This one bedroom vacation apartment is the perfect home for a couple looking to have a romantic time in Amsterdam. Recently renovated, this accommodation rental consists of an living room with modern furniture, a TV and lots of light. This room combines with the open plan fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom comes with a double bed and lots of storage space and the bathroom comes with a shower.

 The location of this apartment is absolutely wonderful. The building is right on the Prinsengracht canal and around the corner from great dining and a delicious breakfast/coffee cafe on Utrechtstraat. Also very close to one of the main trams and easy biking to all of the city. The apartment itself is very nice looking with large windows facing a back garden. It is also plenty spacious for the two of us. The furnishings are not terribly fancy--standard Ikea, but the bed was very comfortable. My one complaint is that the apartment and linens smelled incredibly smoky despite the apartment being advertised as nonsmoking. For that, and the quality of the furnishings, it was a bit overpriced. But, again, the location is perfect and the apartment itself is very nice. (17-06-2010) |

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
