This apartment in Amsterdam is positioned on the first floor of a canal house. (no view-canal) In the living area there is a huge black sofa that turns into a double sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD surround sound set. A fully equipped designer kitchen is ready to be used to cook for family brunches. Sit around the large dining table with your loved ones. Right next to the living area you will find the main master bedroom. It is equipped with two single beds and en-suite shower with a separate toilet, which is perfect for those that need privacy. A fifth guest is allowed to stay and a single bed will be provided.

This apartment in Amsterdam is situated at the Prinsengracht Canal, the longest and the fourth main canal in Amsterdam. A majority of the canal houses were built beside it during the Dutch Golden Age and some of the bridges upon the canal do not link with the streets in the Jordaan. You will enjoy sightseeing as you walk along the Prinsengracht. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
