This beautifully decorated Amsterdam apartment rental, suitable for up to eight guests is an ideal place for groups or couples. Located not more than 15 minutes away from the city centre by public transportation, this apartment will surely meet all your expectations of what an exciting holiday accommodation should look like. Once you enter the apartment through the hallway you’ll find the spacious kitchen with everything needed for a well assisted meal! The spacious dining area is joined with the kitchen and has a wooden dining table with a sitting space for up to eight. Separated by a beautiful tinted glass door, is the living room. The living room consists of two sofa beds, a flat screen television, a coffee table and a sofa seat for one. Once you go down stairs you will find two bedrooms and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The first bedroom has two double beds while the second one has one double bed. As for the bathroom, it has a bath tub, a toilet, a sink and a separate shower area.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
