A stylish one bedroom apartment in Amsterdam is in a superb location on the first floor of the famous Concordia building in the center Dam. This spacious and bright apartment has been recently renovated to the highest quality.

This vacation rental consists of a living room with stylish furniture and open plan kitchen. The large bedroom comes with a double bed. The modern bathroom comes with a stand up shower and there's fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a luxurious pull out sofa bed which can be used as a full bed.

This apartment in Amsterdam is located only 300 metres from the Dam Square. The tram is at only 200 metres as well as a large supermarket.

Really great apartment and a good location. Close to Centre Dam but also the beautiful canals and Jordaan. Tram runs right outside, but wasn't a real problem noise-wise. Even found a reasonable priced car park round the corner too !!!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
