This luxury Amsterdam accommodation with three floors at the “Nieuwmarkt” is equipped with more than you could wish for during your stay in Amsterdam. This wonderful Amsterdam apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

1st Floor: Living room with kitchen. Comfortable lounge area with satellite-TV and Nintendo.

2nd Floor: Large bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet. Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe.

3rd Floor: Second bedroom with double bed. Although this is the topfloor, you will have no problems to walk around the room straight up.

This Amsterdam accommodation is in historical old part of the centre is surrounded by (local)shops, restaurants, canals, redlight-district, China-town, coffeeshops and many more must see hot-spots.

This Amsterdam apartment was more than we expected!!! Very clean, with really big bedrooms and bathroom, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and most of all in the best location for a visitor in Amsterdam. We really liked the fact that this Amsterdam accommodation was in the center of old town, but in a very quiet street. Price was very reasonable. Chris welcomed us in the best way, and was really helpful about everything. We had the best time ever and were very happy with the choise that we made.

The service was good. The flat was modern, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Entertainment was lavish, with a PS3 and Sky TV. My only complaint would be that there were no plates (we used the oversized saucers) and that the cups were too big. There was also no hairdryer. I would definitely stay here again.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 50% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
