This 90 m2 apartment in Amsterdam is a grand and peaceful street-level apartment in central Amsterdam. This elegantly styled Amsterdam apartment with unique design furnishings features a king size bed, a fully equipped modern kitchenette and a heated basalt stone floor.

This loft apartment in Amsterdam includes a big bedroom equipped with a study area and free internet access, a spacious living room with a flat LCD TV, The bathroom and toilet keep the elegant style and quality fittings and includes a washer dryer.

Our design apartment is located in the Jordaan area, one of the most romanticized neighborhoods in Amsterdam, where all major attractions are within walking distance. It is a dense patch of small streets, beautiful canals, interesting shops, galleries, museums and terrific cafes!

The residence has its own front entrance and can be occupied by two people with an additional two guests if necessary. An extra baby/ child’s cot is also available.

It is romantic for couples, practical for a small family, fun for a small group of friends or those who are looking for something very special.

A leisurely 15 min stroll from the railway station, a warm welcome as we arrived, then finding the apartment EXACTLY as you see in the photos - it was a marvelous start to our week long stay. Added bonus - dishwasher in the apartment, easy access to several markets with all the staples you'd need, a variety of very good restaurants, the organic market on Saturdays and the amazing Jordaan neighborhood with quirky shops that fashionistas, gadget collectors and antique hunters will love. The ME Apartment made it an ideal location for our group of four. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!

The flat is on the ground floor and is accessed straight from the street. Its about 5-10 mins to most places in central amsterdam. The apartment itself is very nice. For sleeping there is; 2 large couches that can be flattened to beds, a really comfy double bed, another large couch that could be used as a bed. The kitchen is very high tech and has and electric hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, toaster and all the things u need for cooking. There is also a washing machine. The room came with some complementary drinks a bottle of wine and some chocolates which was a nice touch. The local contact is very nice and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would deffinetly stay again.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
