Overlooking the center of Town, this spacious90 sqm accommodation in Amsterdam is newly renovated and offers you a 40sqm roofterrace with glass table, four chairs, two loungers and a gas barbeque.

The Amsterdam accommodation provides two bedrooms with each two single beds, a bathroom with floor heating, bath shower and separate shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a working fireplace and is luxuriously furnished. You will have a small but private balcony and there is Jatoba hardwood flooring throughout.

The holiday apartment in Amsterdam is situated near the Leidse square and Jordaan, two famous Amsterdam areas with many bars and restaurants. The Museumdistrict is within walking distance.

There are many cozy café's, restaurants, specialty shops, and boutiques close at hand and the district hosts quite a few colourful local markets on a weekly basis.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 50% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Requesting an apartment change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
