This is a very nice and colorful 4 guest first floor apartment in Amsterdam measures 70 square meters and is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bedroom of this Amsterdam accommodation has a king size bed and a large window allowing the sun's natural rays to shine through the room and wake you up for a big day ahead and also amazing artworks on the wall which compliment the large and beautiful bedroom. Next to that, there are 2 extra blown up beds and/or an extra double bed that can be provided for two extra guests at this house. It also has a wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps. The lounge room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a television, a stereo and a DVD player. The open kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, electric stove and microwave, as well as all the cooking and serving utensils that you may need for cooking purposes.

From this apartment in Amsterdam, in 5 minutes by bus ride to some of the most visited sections of Amsterdam city such as the Vondel Park (15 minute walk), Leidseplein, and Concertgebauw (5 to 8 minutes by bus). There is also night transportation where the bus stop is within 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment in case that you want to enjoy the nightlife of the city, there are night buses that travel directly from the apartment to all the famous corners of the city. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
