Amsterdam city centre vacation apartment in Amsterdam located on the beautiful Emperors canal with patio garden. This intimate studio is centrally located and an ideal pied-a-terre or holiday property. Entering on the canal side of this house you walk through this unique marble hallway to find your studio apartment on the back side of the house. In the studio you find a double bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, two spacious closets, sideboard and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware as glasses and plates and oven/microwave for cooking. The en suite bathroom has a comfortable shower, separate washbasin with mirror and toilet. The studio measures around 25 square meters and has a four meter high ceiling, giving it a spacious feeling. On the ceiling you can see the original 18th century ornaments and a beautiful chandelier hanging. This quaint studio apartment comes with a patio garden where you can enjoy some nice summer evenings!

The apartment is located on the Emperors Canal, close to the Anne Frank house, 'Westerkerk' and the well-known ‘9’ street area with its unique and quirky art galleries and boutiques. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
