This Amsterdam apartments comes with plenty of space, measuring 85 Square meters. There are good luxuries such as a Jacuzzi/hot tub. WI-FI Internet access, telephone and fax machine are available. A DVD player that you can use for entertainment purposes and a large size plasma also you can enjoy the view from the balcony. The apartment has more facilities such as a kettle, a toaster and ironing equipment are available for your use. The washing machine and the tumble dryer is provided in this apartment. The kitchen is appointed towards family cooking and to help you with that there is a cooker, a microwave for quick heating, a fridge and freezer. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms of which one is a family bathroom and the other is a shower room. The bedding consists of one single bed, one double bed and two cots. Dining for six around the dining table and comfortable lounge seating for five. There is a shared garden at your disposition and bicycles are available.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
