This holiday apartment in Amsterdam is a typical Jordaan house with three bedrooms consisting of four floors. With its 105m2 this Amsterdam apartment is big for it's size.

In the basement there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom. On the entrance level you will find the dining table and a full kitchen. On the first level there is a sitting area with a complete home entertainment system and TV. On the second level there is a luxurious bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and a double sink. Also there are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a single bed.

This apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 persons on:

10 out of 10 for location. 10 out of 10 for the staff 's help and efficiency. house was clean. only a couple of things didnt work but if fixed it be a perfect place to stay. 1.the lights in the bassment shower didn,t work. 2.the toaster switch had to be held down to work. 3.tv wasn't tuned in. 4.the attic double room blind didn't pull up. 5.only 1 bulb worked in double room. but in the houses defence who's homes perfect.we 5 ladies that stayed were very happy with the price.

The location of the appartment is great, nearing the city center but outside of the tourist mile. Very nice urban location, also everything in walk distance. visit barneys around the corner for amsterdams best breakfast. The appartment was clean, but lacking quite a few features: TV had beed stolen, internet was nonfunctional and there was no hair dryer or toilet paper. the service did take a great efford to fix these things after arrival, they even bought a new tv and umts flatrate internet, so we where happy after the first day. the kitchen is very complete, everything you will ever need for cooking is there. the living room could have another chair or two. beds where OK. very friendly and supportive staff. we enjoyed our stay and i can recommend this appartment.

Couldnt have been better! Thank you so much, the booking was handled perfectly and the house was beautiful. Everything was as described (or better). We had a fantastic time and will definitely use your service again.

On the plus side... Location fantastic for the Jordaan area Great apartment and friendly welcome from Marrtin Late check out was available On the down side... Wasn't clear that we wouldn't be able to get in until 3pm (as we gave our early time of arrival - although Marrtin did get us in about 2pm) Wasn't clear on the website that although it sleeps 6 - there is only 1 double - the other beds are all singles

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period, the Client is liable for the amount of 33% of the total rental, with a minimum of 250 euros.
If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days in advance of the check-in date, then the cÃ±lient is liable for 50% of the total rental, with a minimum of 300 euros.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
