This newly remodeled and fully furnished apartment in the heart of the city will surely make your experience in Amsterdam one to remember. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms. One has a large double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Closet space is not a worry for there is plenty. The bathroom has a wash sink, toilet and a spacious super power shower. This very accessible apartment also includes a washer and a drier. As you go down the stairs you’ll find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge (and freezer) and all utensils needed. The dining area which is next to the kitchen has a sitting space for six. The living rooms next to the dining and kitchen area has a sofa-bed for two, a digital flat screen television with cable, two complementary sofa chairs and a book shelve. Fast Wireless internet is included. Also included are plenty of linen and towels. The apartment has space for 6 guests. The apartment is also equipped with Digital TV which includes plenty of international TV stations.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
