Welcome to the Ivory apartment! This impressive Amsterdam vacation apartment is located in the City Center – walking distance to Dam Square or Leidseplein. This Amsterdam accommodation is located on the Bilderdijkstraat in the quiet area, however the district is full of supermarkets, restaurants and designer boutiques. Also the public transport is just around the corner. This apartment rental is very bright, full of white and cream colors which will help you enjoy your stay. It has four bedrooms so it’s suitable for up to 10 guests ( You will find 8 single beds and one double bed). Bed linens and sheets are provided during your stay. In the apartment you will find two balconies where you can sit and rest after all day sightseeing. The living room is equipped with a TV and a coffee table where you can enjoy your drinks while watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped – you will find there coffee machine, spacious fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A dining table with seating is also in the apartment. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
