The Apartment in Herengracht is a lovely apartment which is close to the famous Dam Square. The apartment is on the first floor. In the living room, there are two comfortable sofas where you can spend some time relaxing in front of the TV. In the living room there is also a wooden dining table. The front windows of the living room are perfect for brightening your day. The sofa beds in the living room could easily turn into one extra double bed or just two single beds, as you wish. There are two bedrooms in this apartment, each with a double bed. The bathroom has lots of cabinet space, a bath tub and a separate shower area. In the kitchen you can find the washing machine and a dryer. Also microwave, oven, kitchen stove and all other utensils you need. This apartment suitable for 6 people, however we are offering 2 extra stretchers.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
