This beautiful and completely new Amsterdam accommodation is located near waterlooplein and was built with high ceilings and two large bedrooms with two single beds each but if you request it we can also prepare you a double bed. This apartment in Amsterdam is decorated with amazing ceiling lamps that will give you all the light you need during the night. The heating system will keep you warm while you get entertained with all the living room features which include a large plasma screen, a CD player and a cozy couch. There is also a balcony were you can have a glass of wine while you enjoy your night. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you might need during your stay and the bathroom has both bathtub and a shower and also a separate toilet so you can have all the privacy you want. There is also a reception service which works 24 hours a day, combining the facilities of a hotel with the privacy of an apartment.

ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
