Amsterdam rental description
Located near to the Rembrandtplein, this apartment in Amsterdam is the perfect apartment for large groups or families. There are two large bedrooms with two single beds each as well as a well equipped living room featuring a large plasma screen, a CD player and a cozy couch. There is also a balcony were you can have a glass of wine while you enjoy your night. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you might need during your stay and the bathroom has both bathtub and a shower. There is also a 24 hour reception service.

 Stay was fine, greeter was very friendly but the internet wasn't working. (18-03-2011) We had a great time at the Gilded Dragon apartment for my friend's hen weekend.Apartment was clean and tidy with new decor, only problem was a couple of the kitchen lights didn't work.It's really spacious and close to the city centre (about 5 mins walk). Loved it, would definitely come back. (03-03-2011) |

ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
