This luxurious Amsterdam accommodation is a floating houseboat and has lots of light and great views over a couple of the largest canals of Amsterdam, and the Montelbaan Tower.

The 100 sqm completely furnished holiday accommodation has two cosy bedrooms and features a big livingroom with skylight and open kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with bath and shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

This houseboat sleeps a maximum of 4 persons with one double bed which is circular (200 cm in diameter) and two single beds (80 by 200 cm)

As a note, this boat is not suitable for families with small children who cannot swim. The boat is very well insulated and has excellent heating and other amenities.

Located in the historical centre, one of the most desired areas of Amsterdam, this Amsterdam accommodation is close by to a vast choice of restaurants, cafés, and clubs. Specialty shops are abundant in the many narrow streets and the city's famous architecture can best be viewed by a stroll along the canals or a boat tour.

The boat is within walking distance of the Nieuwmarkt, Waterlooplein, Centraal Station and the Amstel river.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period, the Client is liable for the amount of 33% of the total rental, with a minimum of 250 euros.
If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days in advance of the check-in date, then the cÃ±lient is liable for 50% of the total rental, with a minimum of 300 euros.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
