The finely Detailed B&B is a modern and new studio. The room is completely renovated. It comes with 2 single beds which we can also make into one big bed on request and adjoining it is the bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has its own private entrance and access. That means that you can go in and out as you please whenever you want. There is a walk in closet where you can store your clothes. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed in addition to the ambiance that has a comfortable feel to it. The apartment has many combined amenities that you need. Just imagine the thought of enjoying a very healthy breakfast served in your own room. Yes, room service is included! Or eat in the big kitchen and feel the tranquility and the positive energy that sorrounds this area in the incredible holiday B&B. If the weather permits it, have breakfast on the water front terrace.

The Finely Detailed B&B is settled precisely across from the Amsterdam Convention Centre RAI and the Beatrixpark. The BB is appropriate for visitors to conventions and fairs in the RAI. Included in the price is free parking of one car. The RAI is a complex of conference and exhibition halls in the Zuidas business district of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This holiday B&B rental is only a mere two minutes from the highway A10 and fifteen minutes from The Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

What we do:

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
