This Amsterdam apartment is located in the Nieumarkt area as is a two-bedroom accomodation for up to four guests. THis Amsterdam apartment is attractively modern, fabulous and comfortable. On the first floor is the living room with a sofa with matching arm chair and a bench around a coffee table. Here you can find the dining table with seating for 4. The open kitchen is equipped with sophisticated electronical appliances as well as all cooking utensils. There is an oven, a toaster, kettle, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms in this apartment. On the second floor, after climbing some steep steps in the apartment, is the master bedroom that has one double bed with a walk in closet, heating and large windows providing a view of Amsterdam. The second bedroom has two comfy single beds with windows that can be opened up to let fresh air in. Here you will find the bathroom with bathtub and shower, toilet and a sink.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
