Amsterdam rental description
This Amsterdam apartment is suitable for up to four guests. Located in the center of the city, this Amsterdam apartment provides an excellent base for exploring the city. In the living room there are two elegant black couches, chill out and watch T.V. or a movie. Big windows allow plenty of light into the apartment and provides a nice view. The bathroom is very classy and there is a shower with tub. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is entirely equipped with all cooking amenities such as a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle along with a toaster. A fridge to store food and a dishwasher to help you with the dishes! In this area, a doorway leads to a private balcony where smoking is allowed. A fire extinguisher for your safety can be found hanging on the wall, just in case! Another door leads to the second bedroom which has two single beds, a drawer for your clothes. All bed sheets, linens and pillows will be included for each guest and not to mention fresh towels.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
