This lovely holiday apartment in Amsterdam is furnished in a unique and comfortable style, consisting of a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, coffee tables and lamps, and a TV receiving a standard cable entertainment package.

The kitchen is basically equipped with gas hob, fridge, kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There are two twin bedrooms each with two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space

The bathroom is clean and bright and offers, toilet, bath/shower, handbasin and towel rail.

The holiday apartment in Amsterdam is lose to the 'Red Light district', and is probably unlike any other place you've been and everything you will have heard about it, is likely to be true.

What you may not have heard, is that it is also one of the oldest and most beautiful parts of the city, with long winding, narrow, cobbled streets.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
