Large and bright Amsterdam apartment located on Damrak with an impressive view on Central station and Damrak. This is a modern 2 bedroom apartment right in the center of everything that Amsterdam has to offer.

There are two bedrooms in this Amsterdam apartment and extra beds can be put in for more than 4 people - making it a perfect choice for 6 people traveling together.

The living room also has a dining area and a plasma-screen TV. Close by it is the fully equipped kitchen.

The Amsterdam apartment is close to the typical Amsterdam canals and the main shopping streets, this location is ideal. From Central Station you can get to anywhere within Amsterdam and also the rest of the country.

The location was in the heart of Amsterdam, it was clean like new. I would recommend this place for everyone except old people, because the stairs takes about 2min to get to the apartment, but i look at it as a work out. It was my first time in this place, and it will never be the last.

amazing,best apartment i have ever stayed in. Big,clean and right next to central. lots of stairs so not suitable for people with walking problems

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
