This impressive holiday Amsterdam apartment is located in the City Center, by tram it is five minutes away from the popular historic area where the Anne Frank house is located. This holiday apartment is very bright, full of white and cream colors which are soothing to the eye and will help you relax and enjoy your stay. The apartment is decorated with modern furniture and a wooden floor. The living room is equipped with a TV and a coffee table where you can enjoy your drinks while watching TV. There is also a dining table with chairs Guests benefit from modern kitchen amenities such as a gas stove, microwave/oven and a dishwasher. A large dining table and kitchenware provided as well. This Amsterdam apartment has two bedrooms which is suitable for up to 6 guests. There are 6 single beds. 3 in each bedroom Bed linens and sheets will be provided during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and bath tub.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
