This accommodation in Amsterdam is an excellent property for up tu 4 guest. Being in the China Town area of Amsterdam means being in one of the few places where you can visit authentic Chinese restaurants and have tasty food! In the living room there is a black couch with two arm chairs around a coffee table and a bench awaits you. In order to relax while watching T.V. or a movie. Huge windows allow plenty of light into the apartment making the apartment very lively. One guest can sleep on the couch. The living room has a door that leads you to your own private balcony where you can smoke and enjoy the views of the rooftops. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink. The bathtub and shower is in a different part of the apartment providing complete privacy for all. The kitchen has modern appliance and a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle along with a toaster. A fridge to store food and a dishwasher to help you with the dishes! The master bedroom which has a double bed with a walk in closet providing a bedside lamp and a drawer for your clothes and large windows with curtains that can be closed for privacy. All bed sheets, linens and pillows will be included for each guest and not to mention fresh towels. Behind a small wall/division, there is an extra single bed which can be used as a bedroom but it is not really a bedroom.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
