This beautiful apartment in Amsterdam is situated in the heart of Amsterdam with an astonishing view of Central station. This 75m2 apartment in Amsterdam is on the ground floor of a monumental building.

The spacious living room boasts a fantastic view of lively Amsterdam. There is digital TV on a big flat screen with DVD player and internet connection. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with modern design appliances.

There is a master bedroom with two single beds (that can be put together) which has access to a small patio.

The large bathroom is with toilet and bath/Jacuzzi, storage with amenities and always clean towels and bed linen.

This apartment has the status of a B&B (meaning shared bathroom).

The apartment was lovely, stylish and clean. Generously sized and a good central location. A little noisy at night but you'd expect that from where it is. Very reasonably priced too.

Very nice modern flat, well furnished and had everything we needed. Perfect location directly opposite the station and within walking distance of everything, with easy tram links to places further afield.Only annoyance was having to provide the balance and deposit in cash. That meant with the deposit we lost out, having to change sterling for euros and then back again.

This apartment was perfect for my party, we loved the location, decor, everything! You can walk to this apartment from central station, this takes around 3 minutes. It is very central, with a short walk to the red light district and town centre. Although this apartment is on a busy street you can't hear the traffic from inside the apartment. The living area is very comfortable and so are the beds! As we were a large party (6 of us) it was good to have some social space to relax in. This apartment made our stay in Amsterdam!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
