This accommodation in Amsterdam is absolutely perfect for all your needs. Sleeping up to 5 poeple,the bedroom has 2 double beds and can host up to four guests comfortably. There are bed side tables and the apartment has also Wifi. The TV is also located in the bedroom and a DVD player can be supplied upon request at no extra charge. If a fifth person would like to come along, we can set up a single mattress to accommodate the needs of this guest. There is no bath tub but there is a shower and a toilet with sink, and it is separate from the bedroom. This apartment in Amsterdam measures 100 square meters, so it provides plenty of space. This apartment in Amsterdam is charming during summer. The garden is majestical and it's perfect for sitting outside and eating or to have a little party. Also, for your convenience, a washing and drying machine is available for your use. It is not in the apartment so you will also have to request this from the owner.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
