The room is 25m2 and comes with a double bed, a separate bathroom, storage space and a mini fridge. Canal view house also offer possibilty of parking garage 25 euros per day ( please reserve in advance)

 The small apartment was in a fantastic location right by the red light district and cafes/bars. Arrival was assisted by persons from the hairdressing salon below. Unfortunately on check they were not open and we had to try to get our luggage down the very, very narrow and steep staircase.The apartment was sufficient in size and convenience except for the bathroom. This was ridiculously small ( I understand in the historic centre many are small) however if anyone slightly larger, they would not be able to fit into the shower. You head butt the door when sitting on the toilet. For just 2 nights we coped but for any longer it really would become a problem.Overall it was value for money as it was well priced and the location was excellent. Marianne (04-05-2012) Room was great. Gonzo (room keeper) even helped us get some laundry done!! He allowed us to start it late at night and he made sure it dried that night/next day. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made.
Within 5 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 5 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
