This Amsterdam holiday apartment is 50M2 in size and is located close to the center of Amsterdam. This short term rental has two small rooms, one with a double bed, the other has a wardrobe and a computer with internet connexion plus a colour printer.

The sitting room of this Amsterdam apartment comes with a small French balcony on the front, has a 2 persons sofa-bed and counts 20m2. It has a lot of light as the front of the building is all windows. The main sleeping room has direct access to a big balcony on the back (10m2) facing a school which makes it very quiet in the evenings and weekends. The bathroom consists of a bath tube and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemashine etc).

The whole building has been recently renovated and the apartment plus furniture are brand new.

This Amsterdam holiday apartment is close to the city center in one of the most popular streets of Amsterdam: Kinkerstraat, which is full of shops and you can find very nice restaurants in the area. It has two trams stopping right at the door: tram 17 goes to Central Station in about 15 min which from there you can catch a train to the airport every 15 min; tram 7 goes from Kinkerstraat to Leidseplein, one of the city center attractions, in only 5 min. It takes only 10 minutes to walk from Kinkerstraat to the famous Vondelpark.
