Well priced and perfectly located, this Amsterdam apartment is a must for your city break. This great value apartment with vaulted ceilings, is furnished in a comfortable style, consisting of a living area with sofas and easy chairs, coffee tables and lamps, and a TV receiving a standard cable entertainment package.

The kitchen is basically equipped with gas hob, fridge, kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is a bedroom with four single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space.

The bathroom is clean and bright and offers, toilet, bath/shower, handbasin and towel rail.

The Amsterdam apartment is located close to the buzzing and lively Warmoestraat, this apartment offers the perfect base for experiencing all night Amsterdam.

We enjoyed our stay in Attic Suite, Amsterdam, very much. The apartment was not where we thought it was (ie above Greenhouse Effects). Also very steep stairs to get suitcases into the apartment. That said it is a quaint and fun place to stay.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
