On the first floor you'll find the living/dinning room and a fully equipped open kitchen. One the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and private toilet & bath and one with a single bed and private toilet with shower.

This Amsterdam accommodation is located in the Jordaan area which is at the west side of the 'Grachtengordel' (main canals). The district's borders are formed by the Lijnbaansgracht, Brouwersgracht, Prinsengracht and the Passeerdersgracht. It is located on walking distance of the Central Station, the Dam or the Leidseplein. It is also easy to reach with public transport. It is not recomended to go there by car, because of parking problems.

This is an amazing house, big (definitely ok for at least 4 people) and located in a very nice area of amsterdam, nice streets and not many tourists. Nice kitchen, fridge etc. so no complaints at all about the place, house and location are 10/10. The only minor problems we had was with the unpredictability of hot water in the showers (luckily it was end of june and really hot) and a slightly rotten smell which seemed to come out of the entrance floor - luckily it was usually covered by pleasant smells in the house :)So all in all, for group of young people: look no further, you'll love this house! and for families: make sure the little problems have been solved...

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
