This Modern and renovated apartment in Amsterdam is part of a built in modern building right in the middle of the old city centre of amsterdam. Although it is located between the Central station and the Dam square it's peaceful and sunny because of the unique structure. In short: Living modern and luxurious in the Old city Centre.

This apartment in Amsterdam is 105 m2 total with a south facing terrace. By the elevator located in the chique lobby you are brought to the 4th floor of the building where you enter the front door and the hallway. Directly on the right side is the 1st bedroom with a large wardrobe cabinet and a large window section. Next door to the right you find the second bedroom and the modern bathroom with a large bathtub and spacious sink. At the end of the hallway one finds the very spacious living with access to the balcony of about 10m2 where you can enjoy the sun all day not to mention the view.

This apartment in Amsterdam is close to everything (Bijenkorf, AH supermarket, Central Station, Jordan, movie theaters), very silent neighbourhood.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
