 Excellent location and cleanliness.Good service and relationship price/quality.Quite good facilities.Just two "but":more towels are necessary and the floor of the shower is rather slippery. (13-04-2012) The apartment was sparkling clean and spacious, everything was new and shiny, we stayed there with two little kids and loved it. The washing mashine, tumbledrier and dishwasher were very convenient, as was the kitchen equipment. In a nice and quiet neighborhood, a bit far from the center but there was a tram stop near by. There was no WiFi as was stated in the description (and we were counting on it to search for transportation, eating places and other information). A hair drier would be nice too.Overall we enjoyed the place, would stay there again and definitely recommend it to other families. (22-07-2011) |

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
