One bedroom has an original wooden floor with three large windows overlooking the street. The shower room is next door. The second bedroom is located at the back of the house, with an ensuite bathroom. In the attic is a third bedroom with a desk and two sofas. This Amsterdam apartment is the top half of the house, accessed through its own front door and up two flights of stairs.

The apartment is two flights up and has two internal flights. In historic buildings in Amsterdam many of the staircases are steeper than most people are used to. The flights are between moderately steep and steep. Stairgates can be installed on request, at extra cost.

It features beamed ceilings throughout, wooden stairs and the traditional Dutch steeply slanted roof in the attic bedroom.

This Amsterdam apartment is located on Binnen Brouwersstraat which is in a beautiful area of the northern Jordaan, a small side street between the Brouwersgracht canal (voted the most beautiful street in Amsterdam) and the Haarlemmerstraat which features a huge range of restaurants and cafes, speciality shops and an art-house cinema. The famous weekly organic food and flea markets at the Noordermarkt are just around the corner. The quirky boutiques of the 9 streets and the Jordaan are within easy walking distance, as are the green spaces of the Westerpark.
