Your own very bright & decadent manor two room holiday apartment in Amsterdam in the heart of the City center of Amsterdam! Promising a particularly unforgettable experience. Central but yet quiet inside the apartment!

With your private entrance and living room with kitchenette, dining table with chairs and big flat screen tv.

Separate nicely decorated & romantic bedroom with another TV and ameneties and high quality box spring beds, with Egyptian linen, a designer bathroom with a lovely walk in shower and sink with heated towel rack to make it complete. In total there are four high quality single box spring beds wich can also easily be adjusted to be used as double beds. The apartment is situated on the corner street and surrounded by 7 windows so very bright and great city views!!

From this holiday apartment in Amsterdam you find yourselves in a typical monumental Amsterdam building, used to be a canal house before they closed the main most important canal. Only a stonedrop away from Royal Palace, Central Station, the red light district and all the other hot spots you would like to visit are a heartbeat away. More Central is just NOT possible.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 and 14 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 and 14 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.

Within 14 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the total rental rate.
Credit card information: As a guarantee, the owner will ask for your credit number before your arrival in case of any cancellation fee.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
