This third floor, one bedroom Amsterdam apartment is stylishly furnished with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. It is very spacious and features a comfortable living, dining and study area and separate bedroom.

The living area features sofa and chairs, side tables, reading lamps, TV receiving a standard cable package, CD player, private telephone line on request and a high speed, broadband internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

The bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe and chest of drawers offering ample storage space. An additional single bed can be also offered in this apartment at no extra charge to be placed in the living area in a dedicated alcove with privacy screen.

The bathroom is stylishly fitted with bath, shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail whilst a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
