We stayed at jose´s for 3 nights, and felt really at homeThe house is really nice decorated and equiped with everything you could imagine. It´s located in a very quiet strre, but 3 minutes walking form tram, supermarket, and all kind of shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes walking from city center.Jose, the owner, was really helpful, recomending us all kind os sights and giving us tips to enjoy our visit in amsterdam. She has many guides of the city at home available for the guests.Totally recomendable, we will repeat!

Excellent location for getting around Amsterdam. Good shops and restaurants in the vicinity.Concerning the house,The house was very clean and tidy and served its purpose very well.Some nice little touches, such as plenty of tea/coffee etc, that saved having to go to the shops on arrival.Jose was a really nice, helpful and friendly person.Would we go back to this property again, when next in Amsterdam - DefinatelyThank you very much Jose.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
