1. Price advertised for this Amalfi Coast accommodation is based on the whole property

2. Prices are inclusive of: electricity, hot water, gas, end cleaning fee, towels and clean linen
3. Minimum rental is 5 nights and more for some periods
4. from 17th June to the 15th September the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrivals on a Saturday
5. there is a returnable security deposit to pay on arrival which is returned to you the day you leave, the amount will be quoted to you before the booking is made

• • Over 45 days: If you need to cancel over 45 days of arrival you will be liable for 35% of the full rental cost
  • Within 45 days: If you need to cancel within 45 days of arrival you will be liable for 60% of the full rental cost
  • Within 30 days: If you need to cancel within 30 days of arrival you will be liable for 100% of the rental cost
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
