Vacation Rental Description

This characteristic holiday villa in Positano (180 m2) is situated in a splendid position approx. 500 m from the central square of Positano and therefore also from the beach. A large panoramic terrace with view of Positano and the sea, as well as a pleasant shady outdoor area and garden (various levels) are at the guests' disposal.

On the ground floor of this Positano villa there is a large living room (TV and fireplace) with adjoining dining area, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher), small WC, large equipped terrace. On the 1st floor there is 1 double bedroom which you can access either from a twin bedded room as well as from a bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with bath.

It is possible to park in the various garages (upon payment) near the house. There is also a baby-bed available at extra cost. The access to the villa by means of a typical stairway.

The church not only holds a magnificent collection of intriguing works of art from the XIII, and XVI century, the church is also a very important part of daily life for many local inhabitants of Positano.

Positano also has it’s glamorous and fashionable side and this is just one of the many reasons that tourists from all over the world flock to the pathways, and boutiques of Positano each summer.

With it's beauty, luxurious hotels, bars, restaurants, and shops, Positano is the perfect place to discover the Amalfi Coast.
